Welcome to Queen Street Pharmacy! Please read the following terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to abide by the following refund policy:

 

Refunds & The Consumers Guarantees Law:

Consumer Guarantees law.

Where we are legally obligated, we will meet obligations under all consumers guarantees laws and any product which is damaged, faulty or expired can be returned for a full refund. This refund will be issued within 7 working days.

Refund / Returns Process

To initiate a refund, please contact the Queen Street Pharmacy team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide a detailed explanation of the issue, Our team will assess the request and respond within 2-4 business days.

Refunds will be processed via bank deposit within 7 working days. Please note that refunds will be refunded through the original payment method.

If a return is required you will be provided with instructions and how and where to return the products

In certain cases, a replacement product may be offered as an alternative.

Returns and Exchanges

Queen Street​ ​Pharmacy is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have ordered please contact the Queen Street Pharmacy team as soon as possible and we will assist in any way we can.

Change of mind

If you have changed your mind about a product or it is not what you have expected please contact the Pharmacy and we will help with your enquiry. You must contact the Pharmacy within 7 days of receiving your product.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your item we are happy to assist. If you have ordered the wrong product, contact us and we will see what we can do. We may offer exchanges provided the original product is in an unopened re-sellable condition. If you are unsure please contact the Queen Street Pharmacy customer service team and we will do our best to assist.

Cancellations

We accept requests to cancel orders. Please contact the Pharmacy as soon as possible.

Please note, If your order has been shipped cancellations may not be possible. 

Damaged and Defective products

If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery, do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the products arrived in. Please contact the Pharmacy as soon as possible with a detailed explanation of the issue, along with supporting evidence such as photographs.

Any products that are damaged or defective must be returned to Queen Street Pharmacy within 10 days upon arrival of request. Failure to do so may result in the request being denied.
